Account Director


C&B is hiring an Account Director with 5+ years experience in an agency or marketing environment. Experience with digital campaigns mandatory.

You’re a strategic thinker and problem-solver who delivers outstanding client service. You’re experienced in growing brands; leading, creating and executing fully integrated marketing campaigns across multiple markets.

You’re passionate about the work being produced and are a champion of quality creative. You’ve got a proven track record of delivering effective client plans.


  • As client lead and day-to-day contact, you provide strategic guidance and effectively manage the client relationship to ensure success.
  • Become a trusted partner and advisor for your clients and regularly contribute ideas that help deliver on client business and marketing strategies.
  • Lead strategic meetings, presentations and provide constructive insights to both client and internal teams.
  • Build strong relationships with all C&B team members and clearly translate client needs and deliverables into agency briefs.
  • Lead the development and execution of campaigns across all platforms (mass and digital).
  • Foster collaboration and teamwork across agency partners.
  • Manage and maintain all client documents and communications.


  • Outstanding interpersonal, organizational and financial management.
  • Proven experience as client lead
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration (within agency and with partner agencies).
  • Advanced channel understanding.
  • Knowledge of digital platforms and digital production experience.
  • Understanding and interest in industry trends.
  • Proven effective management of multiple campaign elements.


  • Manage large-scale budgets and project deliverables.
  • Understand and garner insights for optimization from campaign data and analytics.
