WHAT YOU'LL DO
- As client lead and day-to-day contact, you provide strategic guidance and effectively manage the client relationship to ensure success.
- Become a trusted partner and advisor for your clients and regularly contribute ideas that help deliver on client business and marketing strategies.
- Lead strategic meetings, presentations and provide constructive insights to both client and internal teams.
- Build strong relationships with all C&B team members and clearly translate client needs and deliverables into agency briefs.
- Lead the development and execution of campaigns across all platforms (mass and digital).
- Foster collaboration and teamwork across agency partners.
- Manage and maintain all client documents and communications.
- Outstanding interpersonal, organizational and financial management.
- Proven experience as client lead
- Strong teamwork and collaboration (within agency and with partner agencies).
- Advanced channel understanding.
- Knowledge of digital platforms and digital production experience.
- Understanding and interest in industry trends.
- Proven effective management of multiple campaign elements.
- Manage large-scale budgets and project deliverables.
- Understand and garner insights for optimization from campaign data and analytics.
- Meticulous management and documentation of client communications.
- Development and support of positive long-term client relationships.
